Our Story
AFTRMRKT started with a question between roommates: “Do you want to be rich?”
The answer was yes. The next question was how.
What followed was hours of brainstorming in a bedroom, with three roommates sharing ideas, challenging each other, and figuring out how to turn their interests into something worth building. Our shared love of fashion, music, and bringing people together gave that ambition a direction—and AFTRMRKT began to take shape.
We saw an opportunity to give independent brands a space to be discovered. A place where people could meet the creators behind the clothes, shop their collections in person, and experience emerging fashion alongside live music.
Today, that vision is what we’re building toward: events that put independent talent in the spotlight and bring a community together around discovery and self-expression.
What started as a conversation about our own future became an idea for creating opportunities for others. AFTRMRKT is where we’re bringing it to life.
